Congratulations!
If you’ve gotten this far, I know that you are a woman who wants to create the best possible version of herself.
Each day, you are going to have a magical journey of seeing yourself as the amazing, gorgeous creature that you are!
It may be uncomfortable at first. But I also know from experience that it will get easier as each day goes by.
There may be some days where focusing on some body parts may be more sensitive than others. If you’ve experienced the trauma of a hysterectomy or breast removal, you may think “Heather, I don’t have these parts, so I don’t have anything to be grateful for in regard to it.”
This...

I started out giving thanks for small things, and the more thankful I became, the more my bounty increased. That’s because what you focus on expands, and when you focus on the goodness in your life, you create more of it. Opportunities, relationships, even money flowed my way when I learned to be grateful no matter what happened in my life.

Why do I believe that a book on gratitude can help you love the skin (and life) you are in?
Honestly, I don’t think that reading this book – or any book for that matter – will help you love the skin (and life) you are in. What I do know to be true is that when you practice what is in the book, you will love the skin (and...
Without exception, begin every day of your life with gratitude. As you look in the mirror, say, "Thank you, God, for life, for my body, for my family and loved ones, for this day, and for the opportunity to be of service. Thank you, thank you, thank you."
A few years ago, I was working as an intensive in-home therapist for kids that were either at risk of being removed from their homes or they had just returned to their homes after being in treatment centers. These kids were anywhere from 6 years old to 16 years old.
My client was always the kid who was displaying behaviors that were causing stress in the family, but my job entailed working with the whole family, as it is rarely the person who is acting out that is in need.
It was contracted that I spend approximately 10 hours a week with the family. As you can imagine, that is an intense amount of time (hence it being called “intensive in-home therapy”).
Our sessions were...
Have you ever taken a leap to do something when you had NO idea what the outcome would be but you KNEW you had to do it?
4 years ago I was coaching for Tony Robbins…
I was carrying a client load of 85+ clients, usually talking to 12-14 clients a day…
I love helping people but was burnt out.
I could barely breathe (I literally felt like I had a HUGE weight on my chest and could not get a deep breath in) and was E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D. all the time.
I knew that I was not in alignment with the “turn and burn” type 30-minute call coaching environment and desperately wanted to go deeper with my clients…
To help them….
release trauma’s that were keeping them stuck…
become comfortable with ALL of their emotions…
love the skin and life they are in…
make the money and impact they are destined for...
And I couldn’t do that with 30-minute coaching calls...
“Yea, but HOW do I change that belief?”
This was a question asked to me this week on a coaching call as my client and I were talking about a belief about money and love that she discovered ran DEEP in her psyche (and a question I hear every week)!
You know that kind of belief that you feel at the core of who you are and it seems like there’s nothing you can do to change it?
For many, it’s beliefs such as: “I don’t deserve to be wealthy” or “I’m not worthy of success.”
For me it used to be “even if I ran a trash collecting company, I can’t be successful” (seriously. I knew it was ridiculous but it felt so true in my body!)
And we wonder, “how the heck can I stop thinking/believing this?”
There are 2 components to this.
First is our conscious mind, which is 5-10% of who we are.
When we are thinking a thought that is disempowering us we can...
I’ve been back in the states for a few days and have been attempting to put together my thoughts about what I experienced swimming with the dolphins….(see pic at the bottom--yup, that's me!)
There is so much that I experienced on this trip but I thought I’d share with you my biggest take-away from this “live life to the fullest” experience.
The Dolphins:
To put into words what it’s like to be in the water with wild dolphins swimming around you is almost impossible.
The way that WildQuest operates is that they go out on a catamaran each day looking for wild dolphins...and because they are wild, you don’t know what you will experience.
Wildquest believes we are in their world and interact as visitors.
Like anything in the wild, sometimes you can find them, sometimes you don’t (even if you don’t, you’ll get some great time exploring the underworld through snorkeling)!
We saw dolphins 3 out of the 5...
(I wrote this before I left but in my excitement, forgot to post beforehand!)
Do you have a “bucket-list”?
Years ago I started calling it my “live life to the fullest” list as “bucket list” seems kind of depressing to me.
I love the idea of creating fun, memorable adventures in life so “live life to the fullest” seemed to be more fitting, personally.
AND….I’m getting to cross something off that’s been on my list for years.
May 31-June 5 I am going to be swimming with wild dolphins in the Bahamas!!!
I’m going to a place called Wildquest that I’ve had on my list for YEARS to do but for whatever reason, never pulled the trigger until now….
Since I didn’t owe as much in taxes as I had saved I figured I would treat myself to this experience.
We’ll be out on a catamaran each day for about 7 hours looking for wild dolphins...
I FINALLY got gas!! YAY!
If you saw my last email, I mentioned that I live in Charlotte, NC and we were hit hard by the gas crisis!
I didn’t want to participate in the craziness of being in long lines when I really didn’t need to go anywhere so I just stayed put until things calmed down.
It was only 5 days that I didn’t go anywhere (I live in a city so I did walk places) but it’s funny what happens mentally when you feel stuck.
I’ve been hearing from women who have told me that they have been feeling stuck...in many areas, especially when it comes to their relationship with money.
If things haven’t been working out for you in your attempt to have a good relationship with money, I completely understand.
You see, a few years ago things were like this for me as well.
Thinking that going to Tony Robbins Wealth Mastery and reading books about it was the key to healing this relationship, I dove right into...
